Abstract

On page 9831, Z. M. Wang, Y.-L. Chueh and co-workers present wafer scale phase-engineered 1T- and 2H- MoSe2/Mo core-shell 3D-hierarchical nanostructures, toward efficient electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction with excellent Tafel slope as low as 34.7 mV dec−1, which is close to the theoretical value of 29 mV dec−1 dominated by a Volmer-Tafel reaction.
