Wearable Health Monitoring: A Real‐Time Wearable UV‐Radiation Monitor based on a High‐Performance p‐CuZnS/n‐TiO2 Photodetector (Adv. Mater. 43/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
Wearable health monitors have recently attracted great attention in academia and industry. In article number 1803165, Huisheng Peng, Xiaosheng Fang, and co-workers develop a novel nanotube-array heterojunction of p-CuZnS/n-TiO2 on a Ti microwire, which has an excellent UV photoresponse, making it a promising realtime wearable UV sensor.
