Suppressing Aggregation through a Rigid DOBNA‐Based Host for Ultralong‐Lifetime Red Solution‐Processed OLEDs (Adv. Funct. Mater. 52/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Solution-Processed OLEDs In their Research Article, (10.1002/adfm.202513869), by introducing a novel rigid host material, DITI-tDOBNA, Yun-Hi Kim, Min Chul Suh, and co-workers address the inherent instability of solution-processed OLEDs. The rigid core of this host suppresses intramolecular rotations and aggregation, thereby enabling efficient energy transfer to the emitter. Consequently, solution-processed OLEDs employing DITI-tDOBNA deliver substantially enhanced operational lifetimes compared to conventional host materials.
