Abstract

Polymer-Peptide Skin Equivalents This cover illustrates a therapeutic strategy for treating severe burn injuries using a fully autologous electrospun polymer-peptide scaffold functionalized with Fmoc-FRGD. In article number 2501745, Amit Sitt, Ayelet Di Segni, Lihi Adler-Abramovich, and co-workers show that the bioinspired 3D matrix promotes cell adhesion, tissue integration, and full-thickness skin regeneration, offering a clinically relevant platform for next-generation personalized wound healing therapies.
