Abstract

Engineered Cell-Derived Nanovesicles In article number 2418138, Wooram Park, Hee Ho Park, and co-workers introduce engineered cell-derived nanovesicles (CNVs) equipped with chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) and PH20 hyaluronidase. These nanovesicles enhance targeted photodynamic therapy (PDT) by improving tumor penetration and modulating the tumor microenvironment. The combined approach demonstrates improved therapeutic efficacy in overcoming tumor-associated barriers, presenting a promising strategy for effective cancer treatment.
