Sophisticated Conductance Control and Multiple Synapse Functions in TiO2‐Based Multistack‐Layer Crossbar Array Memristor for High‐Performance Neuromorphic Systems (Adv. Funct. Mater. 51/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
High-Performance Neuromorphic Systems In article number 24055544, Sungjun Kim, Sungjoon Kim, and co-workers design oxygen-rich TiOy and natural oxidated AlOy layers to function as an overshoot suppression layer during the conductive filament (CF) formation process. Controlling the oxygen composition and annealing condition of oxygen-deficient TiOx induces multiple weak CFs, enabling analog resistive switching. Finally, self-compliance and accurate weight programming are demonstrated on 24 × 24 crossbar arrays.
