Abstract

Flexible Self-Adhesive Biopatches In article number 2406341, Nazek El-Atab and co-workers present a hybrid 3D printing method for fabricating breathable skin patches equipped with adhesive, miniaturized octopus-like suckers. By meticulously exploring various microstructural designs and geometries, they optimize the patches for adhesion strength, permeability, and durability. The approach leverages readily available 3D printers to achieve high-resolution, micro-scale adhesive structures, enabling the development of cutting-edge, skin-worn devices for biosignal monitoring.
