Quantitative Imaging of Magnesium Biodegradation by 3D X‐Ray Ptychography and Electron Microscopy (Adv. Funct. Mater. 36/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Magnesium Biodegradation Traditional microscopy and in vitro tests are generally not sufficient to predict the performance of medical Mg-based implants. In article number 2408869, Tatiana Akhmetshina, Jörg F. Löffler, and co-workers establish a new correlative X-ray and electron microscopy workflow for advanced biodegradation imaging of a medical alloy.
