Abstract

Natural Crosslinkers In article number 2212325, Byong-Taek Lee and coworkers develop a highly functional wound dressing using acellular marine kelp crosslinked ECM proteins and p-Coumaric acid (p-Cou). Incorporating p-Cou accelerates the healing mechanisms and maintains a unique pH balance of the biomaterial. The study is a noble approach toward the preparation of functional materials and analyzing their functionality by combining molecular simulation.
