Abstract

Metal–Organic Frameworks Armored Antibiotics In article number 2204906, Jie Zhao, Tingting Tang, Shengbing Yang, and co-workers present metal–organic frameworks (MOFs)-armored antibiotics as super penetrating bombs that effectively eradicate two types of persistent bacteria, intracellular and biofilm bacteria. The nanoscale MOFs augment antibiotic permeability, acting as a powerful weapon to combat persistent bacteria, which will be helpful for clinical applications.
