Charge Separation Efficiency: Modulating Charge Separation Efficiency of Water Oxidation Photoanodes with Polyelectrolyte‐Assembled Interfacial Dipole Layers (Adv. Funct. Mater. 10/2020)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1908492, Jungki Ryu, Byeong-Su Kim, and co-workers describe an approach to enhance the charge separation efficiency of water oxidation photoanodes by the interfacial dipole layer created by modifying their surface with polyelectrolyte multilayers assembled via a layer-by-layer technique. This approach is effective regardless of the pH and type of photoelectrodes, and potentially provides insights into the design and fabrication of efficient solar-to-chemical energy conversion devices.
