Abstract

In article number 1808731, Du Yeol Ryu, In Hwan Jung, Sung-Yeon Jang, and co-workers report parallel-like ternary organic solar cells via simultaneous improvement in charge generation and transport. The synergetic effects by fullerene/nonfullerene binary acceptors optimize the morphology of ternary active blends. The judicious control of the effective donor:acceptor composition also minimizes the energy loss in ternary devices.
