Abstract

In article number 1704634, Mei Tian, Jie Tian, Min Zhou, and co-workers present clearable nanoparticles for image-guided cancer therapy. CuS nanodots@mesoporous silica nanoparticles allow for positron emission/photoacoustic bimodal imaging and effective chemo-photothermal therapy. Irradiating the particles with a near-infrared laser forms ultrasmall nanoparticles and fragments that exhibit high body clearance.
