Abstract

In article number 2003000, Yang Hou, Guoliang Chai, Xinliang Feng, and co-workers present an electrochemical activation approach to synthesize oxygen-functionalized graphene nanosheets arrays. The COOH species is confirmed as the active site for the first time, especially COOH-zig-corner mixed with zigzag and armchair edges, which leads to outstanding oxygen evolution reaction performance in acid.
