Abstract

Self-Healing Hydrogels In article number 2303853, Shan-hui Hsu and co-workers present a biodegradable chitosan-based hydrogel with a hierarchical self-assembled micellar structure that can carry two drugs with opposite affinity and deliver them sequentially to meet the need for treating a disease with different pathological stages. The novel dual-drug delivery platform successfully recovers the behavior of intracerebral hemorrhage stroke rats and promotes the neuroregeneration and neovascularization in the central nervous system.
