Source abstract
Abstract
Mucoadhesive Pectin Hydrogels In article number 2303043, Seung-Woo Cho and co-workers present mucoadhesive phenolic pectin hydrogels that provide a simple but highly effective therapeutic for the treatment of various oral diseases. Sprayable phenolic pectin hydrogel can serve as a convenient and effective saliva substitute. The phenolic pectin hydrogel patch loaded with corticosteroid enables rapid wound healing in a diabetic oral ulcer.
