Abstract
Bioinspired Adhesives In article number 2215064, Masanobu Naito and co-workers report the development of a tough, reusable adhesive that can be completely reset to its virgin state when needed using caffeic acid. Here, caffeic acid is used as an adhesive moiety to achieve such functions due to its dual characteristics: an adhesive moiety from mussel-inspired catechol and a photo-reversible crosslinking from cinnamic acid.
