Abstract
Abstract Wearable flexible magnetoelectric sensing converts mechanical energy into electrical signals, offering advantages such as high stability and strong moisture resistance. However, most existing sensors integrate conductive wires with flexible magnetic materials, requiring simultaneous deformation to induce electromotive force. This mutual constraint limits their applicability. To address this challenge, a flexible magnetoelectric pressure sensor is developed based on three‐dimensional spacer fabric. By flexibly linking conductive coils with NdFeB/Ecoflex magnetic materials in a non‐embedded manner, it achieves a sandwich structure design, enabling deployment on complex surfaces. The sensor exhibits a maximum output voltage of 319 µV and can endure up to 50 000 fatigue cycles. In application‐oriented experiments, it demonstrated potential for multifunctional use, including steering wheel grip detection, smart insoles, seat cushions, backrest pads, and object weight measurement. Given its functionality, this design is expected to advance the development of flexible sensing technology and demonstrates potential for multifunctional applications in areas such as smart wearables, human–machine interaction, and data collection.
