Synthesis and Chiroptical Properties of Radially Extended Carbazole with Chiral [2.2]Paracyclophane Core (Adv. Funct. Mater. 47/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Circularly Polarized Luminescence In article number 2315215, Masashi Hasegawa, Yasuhiro Mazaki, and coworkers present the enhancement of circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) in thin films induced by a chiral dopant based on π-extended [2.2]paracyclophane ([2.2]PC) derivatives. The robust [2.2]PC moiety does not racemize at the temperatures required for annealing and transforms achiral F8BT polymer thin films into CPL-active ones with the addition of only 3 wt%.
