Abstract

A disordered porous structure with nanoclusters on nickel superalloy is created using femtosecond laser ablation, with optimized parameters for antireflection in the midinfrared range. Horizontal line scanning at 10 μm spacing and 50 mm s −1 speed yields the best performance with 0.041% reflectance. The structure's large‐scale span and high porosity aid midinfrared wave absorption. Micron‐scale protrusions enhance wave reflection, with nanostructure density impacting single reflection rates. Micron structures primarily drive antireflection, while nanostructures assist.
