Electrical Conductivity of In‐situ TiN/O′‐Sialon Multiphase Nanoceramics
Source abstract
Abstract
A new multphase nanoceramic, in‐situ TiN/ O′‐Sialon was in‐situ synthesized by pressureless sintering of Si3N4, SiO2, and Al2O3 and nanoparticle TiO2. The incorporation of TiN should significantly improve the electrial conductivity of the material. The purpose of the present work is systematically to study the electroconductivity of in‐situ TiN/O′‐Sialon multiphase nanoceramic at various temperatures and to explore its conduction mechanism.
