Abstract

Electro-spray deposition is an excellent and simple option to generate nanoporous and conductive hole-transport layers with reduced effective refractive index for a more efficient light extraction in Organic Light-emitting Diodes. KlausMeerholz and co-workers shows this in article, number 1900897. Based on simulation, devices with a reduced refractive index hole-transport layer are fabricated and yield in a significant efficiency enhancement compared to reference devices.
