Abstract

The cover highlights an array of 3D-printed porous microneedles, fabricated by two-photon polymerization as described in the article number 2300161 by Esraa Fakeih, Khaled N. Salama, and co-workers. Due to their multiple pores, these microneedles can deliver fluids to large areas while still preserving their mechanical stability. These porous microneedles can be used in healthcare applications, such as transdermal drug delivery and interstitial fluid extraction.
