One‐Stop Hybrid Printing of Bulk Metal and Polymer for 3D Electronics
Source abstract
Abstract
One-Stop Hybrid Printing In article number 2300922, Zhe Shu and co-workers present a one-stop hybrid printer that seamlessly merges the bulk metal and polymer within a 3D construct. Employing drop-on-demand printing, it achieves electrically conductive metal features with an aspect ratio of 1 and a resistance of 5.6 mΩmm−1 at 230 μm linewidth. This innovative technology enables the incorporation of metal elements within 3D polymer constructs, revolutionizing design possibilities and expanding manufacturing capabilities.
