Abstract

Magnetoelastic (ME) biosensors based on the magnetoelastic effect can detect specific substances through surface functionalization and bioanalysis as described in the article number 2101216 by Zhongyun Yuan and co-workers. Then change of the load on the ME biosensors can cause its resonance frequency to shift. Finally, the shift in resonance frequency can be detected to determine the content of corresponding substance.
