Abstract

Thermomechanical Metamaterials The diode-engineered heat regulation pipe features a concentric structure with radial thermal diode units around a central water channel. In insulation mode (left), the diodes block heat loss in low temperatures; in absorption mode (right), they harvest external heat in high temperatures. This bidirectional design enables precise, energy-efficient thermal management of fluid transport.
