Formation Mechanism and High Thermoelectric Performance of Cu5+3xFe1‐xS4 Icosahedral Nanoparticles with Distinctive Core‐Shell Structures (Adv. Energy Mater. 47/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Thermoelectric Materials In article number 2202575, Guang Han, Guoyu Wang, Xiaoyuan Zhou, and co-workers achieve the controllable growth of Cu5+3xFe1−xS4 icosahedral nanoparticles with high-density twin boundaries and distinctive core-shell structures via a colloidal solution method and disclose their formation mechanism. The nano-icosahedrons are consolidated into samples with decoupled thermal and electrical transport and excellent thermoelectric performance.
