Batteries: Electrochemically Stable Sodium Metal‐Tellurium/Carbon Nanorods Batteries (Adv. Energy Mater. 48/2019)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1903046, Yang Jiang, Chun-Sing Lee and co-workers report a cell design that features a novel Te/carbon nanorods cathode and a tailored ether-based electrolyte. The assembled Na metal-Te full batteries show a highly reversible three-step redox kinetics process, suppressed polytellurides shuttling and stable sodium plating/stripping.
