Abstract
In article 1702337 Zhubing Xiao, Ruihu Wang and co-workers, report the fabrication of elastic sandwich-type composites consisting of alternating reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-VS2 sheets and pure sulfur layers, using conductive VS2 as a shape-directed agent. The electrodes show outstanding tap density, discharge capacities and cycling stability. The volumetric specific capacity of the whole cell is as high as 1182.1 mA h cm−3.
