Abstract

Water Splitting In article number 2200629, Wei Tian, Liang Li, and co-workers construct interfacial In-O-Sn chemical bonds at a ZnIn2S4/SnS2 interface via a simple O3 treatment, which enables bilateral band regulation and improves bulk separation. This work highlights a feasible approach for the band regulation of heterostructures with superior photoelectrochemical water splitting performance through introducing interfacial chemical bonds.
