Abstract

In article number 2000470, Lijun Yang, Xiaohui Wang, Hai-Tao Fang and co-workers take advantage of the synchronous etching on both sides of a transparent substrate enabled by a femtosecond laser to acheive a double-side configuration of microsupercapacitors (MSCs) with high precision in the alignment of back-to-back MSC couples. The double-sided configuration doubles the integration level compared to the routine single-side configuration. This work is valuable for one-step manufacturing of highly integrated MSCs that are used in miniaturized electronics.
