Abstract
Abstract The increasing demand for flexible and eco-friendly electronic devices has stimulated interest in polymer-based dielectric nanocomposites. In this work, PVA/CaTiO3 nanocomposite films containing 5–15 wt% CaTiO3 were fabricated by solution casting. The combination of biodegradable PVA with lead-free CaTiO3 provides an environmentally friendly approach to high-performance dielectrics. Structural analyses confirmed the successful incorporation and homogeneous dispersion of CaTiO3 within the PVA matrix. The dielectric constant increased significantly, reaching 31.82 at 1 kHz for 15 wt% CaTiO3, while the highest AC conductivity was obtained for 10 wt%. These nanocomposites exhibit promising potential for flexible capacitors, sensors, and wearable electronic devices.
