Abstract
We appreciate Chu et al.’s comment on our recently published research entitled “Fabrication of a Solid Amine Microspherical Adsorbent with High CO 2 Adsorption Capacity via Water-in-Water Emulsion Templating”. Their comment primarily concerns the nomenclature, equation presentation, physical interpretation, and scope of applicability of several adsorption kinetic and diffusion analysis models used in the study. Accordingly, the issues are addressed point by point to clarify the analytical rationale. It is confirmed that appropriate refinements in the presentation can further enhance the accuracy and applicability of the research.
