One-pot synthesis of magnetite based polymeric-inorganic nanocomposite: Structural, morphological, spectroscopic and enzyme immobilization studies
Source abstract
Abstract
Abstract The magnetite based PPy@Fe3O4 nanocomposite was synthesized by a facile and simple one-pot chemical approach. As synthesized magnetite based polymeric-inorganic nanocomposite structure, morphology and spectroscopic studies were successfully done by FE-SEM incorporated with EDX, XRD, and FTIR. The characterization results of above instrumental analysis were revealed the successful formation of magnetite based PPy@Fe3O4 nanocomposite. The magnetic nature of semi-crystalline magnetite based PPy@Fe3O4 nanocomposite further enhances its importance with respect to easy separation from the reaction medium and multi time reusability. However, with the help of glutaraldehyde covalent bond, lipase was smashingly immobilized on the surface of magnetite based PPy@Fe3O4 nanocomposite. An enhance pH and storage stabilities along with improved thermal stability were notably shown by the immobilized lipase enzyme incorporated on the semi-crystalline magnetite based PPy@Fe3O4 nanocomposite as compare to its native one. The immobilization effectiveness of lipase enzyme was found 68.90%, as shown by the kinetic parameters (Km and Vmax).
