Discussion on heat recovery from condensation process of vacuum freeze-drying system

Abstract
Based on the operating principle of vacuum freeze-drying system and conventional heating modes,the energy-saving feasibility by utilizing the exhaust heat from refrigerating compressor of the system is discussed. The way to improve the direct heat recovery system of the exhaust heat from refrigerating compressor is presented, as well as the way to supply heat through a heat pump using the low-temperature water after cooling as heat source. Analyzing the economical effect available, a conclusion is drawn that what we proposed can provide an obvious energy-saving result.
