Fabrication and Electrical Properties of Cyano Acrylate Terpolymer Films for Insulator Application

The conductivity at room temperature was 0.62× 10-14∼1.14× 10-14[S/cm], and this included insulated materials. And the polymer has temperature dependence of current over 210[K]. Also, the dielectric constant was calculated as 10.39∼12.05, higher than the existing display insulator. This makes it possible to accumulate more charges in insulation layers under the same condition, and expected application's possibility with insulators of display devices.
