Charge ordering in molecular solids
Source abstract
Abstract
The charge ordering phenomenon in quasi-one-dimensional and quasi-two-dimensional molecular solids is studied from a theoretical point of view. It is seen that the variety of spatial pattern for the charge ordering in quarter-filled DCNQI 2 X, TMTTF 2 X and BEDT-TTF 2 X can be systematically understood based on the extended Hubbard model.
