Abstract

Four crystal phases are obtained from BETS (BETS = bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene) and the [Cu 2 Cl 6 ] 2 anion. Their synthesis, structures, and properties are presented. The synthesis, structure and properties of the θ-(BETS) 4 [Fe(CN) 5 NO] phase, which involves an anion exhibiting long-lived excited states, is reported. The structure and properties of M(dmit) 2 salts with magnetic cations (metalloceniums, TEMPO) are mentioned.
