Abstract

Electric Field Induced Second-Harmonic (EFISH) Generation and Hyper Raleigh Scattering (HRS) mesurements were performed on a new series of Phthalocyanine-Ferrocenc Dyads and Triads. The comparison of γ EFISH and β HRS values within the series will show the influence of both the desymmetrization of the phthalocyanine ring and the intramolecular stacking on the second harmonic nonlinear optical properties.
