pH‐Toggled DNA Architectures: Reversible Assembly of Three‐Way Junctions into Extended 1D Architectures Through A‐Motif Formation
Source abstract
Abstract
A three-way junction (3WJ) carrying A-motif-forming overhangs is shown to reversibly assemble into extended 1D nanoarchitectures and disassemble completely into a 3WJ by changing environmental pH. The topology of the 3WJ in the 1D architecture is confirmed by gold-nanoparticle immobilization followed by transmission electron microscopy.
