Metal‐Cyclic Dinucleotide Nanomodulator‐Stimulated STING Signaling for Strengthened Radioimmunotherapy of Large Tumor (Small 41/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Large Tumor Therapy In article number 2203227, Yanyu Huang, Liangping Luo, Zeyu Xiao, and co-workers report a localized radioimmunotherapeutic regimen by using X-ray irradiation and a metal-cyclic dinucleotide-containing nanomodulator for the treatment of large tumors. This combined paradigm amplifies the STING signaling pathway by elevating the production of 2′,3′-cGAMP and activating both localized and systematic anti-tumor immunity.
