Vanadium Dioxide: Vanadium Dioxide: The Multistimuli Responsive Material and Its Applications (Small 39/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
Is vanadium dioxide (VO2) an all-around champion? In article number 1802025, Ming Li, Yi Long, and co-workers from Nanyang Technological University Singapore summarized the diverse applications of VO2 by different input and output stimuli-responses. VO2 is a textbook example of a phase-transition material that can switch in response to thermal, optical, electrical, magnetic, electrochemical, and mechanical stimuli at near room temperature.
