Abstract

The main concepts of a method for calculating gages for magnetic-field strengths no higher than 500 kA/m are considered. This method is intended for calibrating nondestructive-testing instruments. The M-503 gage can be both ac- and dc-operated. The gage error is within the range from 0.5 to 1.5%.
