Numerical Simulation of the Magnetic State of a Circularly Magnetized Cored Ferromagnetic Cylinder with Longitudinal Structure Inhomogeneity
Source abstract
Abstract
Based on the method of space integral equations, the magnetization and magnetic field intensity are calculated for a circularly magnetized cored ferromagnetic cylinder with a longitudinal structural inhomogeneity. The effect of magnetic properties and size of the structural inhomogeneity on magnetization processes is studied. The calculated magnetic field intensity on the surface of a cored cylinder with longitudinal inhomogeneity is compared with experimental data.
