The results of an investigation of leak transportation to the location of test gas detection
Source abstract
Abstract
Methods for transporting analyzed samples in leak localization devices that operate based on the gas analytical method for testing the air tightness of items are investigated. A mathematical model for the description of the transfer of a test gas along a capillary in the mode of the viscous flow of an analyzed sample is proposed. The dependence of variations in the dimensionless diffusion coefficient on the velocity of the analyzed sample motion using different capillary lengths is obtained.
