Modeling of magnetic states in ferromagnetic rods of various structures magnetized in a pass-through transducer
Source abstract
Abstract
The paper describes a technique for calculating three-dimensional distributions of magnetic field strength and induction inside and outside ferromagnetic samples with due account of the nonlinear nature of functionB(H). The calculation is performed using the finite elements method, and the functionB(H) is described by the empirical magnetization curve of the material. The technique has been tested taking as an example a ferromagnetic rod magnetized in a solenoidal coil.
