Abstract

The methodical fundamentals of measurements of the magnetic field of a tested object on the basis of the orientation variation of superposition of the magnetic field of the object and the magnetic field of an additional source are developed and analyzed. The physical constraints of the possibilities of using the method and both the optimum strength and the optimum orientation of the magnetic field of the additional source ensuring the accessible sensitivity and the noise immunity are determined.
