Problem of Revising New International Standards of Penetrant Testing
Source abstract
Abstract
The situation in the domain of standardization of evaluation of the quality of flaw-detecting materials used for nondestructive testing by means of penetrant liquids is analyzed. The results of experimental investigations carried out serve as the basis of recommendations for the development of a new variant of the EN ISO 3452-2 international standard which is now revising by the European Committee of Standardization (CEN).
