Abstract
A problem of detecting a set of functions of the F(x, α) type in signals with noise, interferences, and distortions, i.e., identifying a class of patterns, is solved. During signal processing, the amplitude and parameter αopt of the found pattern are determined. A method for estimating the uncertainty (error) of the pattern characteristics is proposed. Numerical experiments for identifying classes of functions that demonstrate the efficiency of this approach are described.
