Abstract

The operation of a piezoelectric plate in a pulse mode is analyzed. The transmitter is excited by a main signal that is fed at the initial time moment and a compensating signal at a specified time moment. A water medium was chosen as the acoustic load. The back side of the plate borders on air. The possibility of stopping a transient process in a transducer by feeding a compensating pulse at a required moment is shown by the numerical-theoretical technique on the basis of the D’Alembert method.
